I really enjoyed Freddy cutting my hair with scissors and then massaging my hair w shampoo and conditioner. Nowadays i ask for a short cut so he gives me a clean finish with a buzzer.

I’ve been going to Freddy regularly for about 2 years now and love that he’s helped me find my signature haircut! He is a one-man operation so I would recommend calling in advance rather than walk in. (Also if you’re late to your appointment it will push back all the others!) Finally if you want him to give you a better haircut just be friendly and ask him about his day. He’s very talented and a kind person, there’s a reason why he’s always booked solid.

I thought I'd reviewed this place years ago. This is the place to go if you've got East-Asian hair and want a solid, good-looking haircut for a reasonable price. Freddy doesn't need a ton of instruction and you will reliably have a respectable haircut without fuss. As an Asian woman finding someone to cut my hair and make it look good has always been a trial. Literally all my Asian female coworkers in the Longwood area recommended this guy.He's a one-man business. Call for appointment, he writes your phone number in his appointment book. Show up, hair cut, hair wash, done.I don't even live in Boston anymore but I visit about once a year and I still get my hair cut here...read full review
