As a Type 1 diabetic, access to insulin is literally life-saving. Despite multiple requests over the past three weeks, this health center refused to send or refill my insulin prescription, leaving me without the medication I need to survive. Delaying a critical prescription like insulin puts patients at serious risk and is extremely irresponsible. I hope this review encourages the clinic to take prescription requests—especially life-sustaining medications—more seriously so no other patient has to go through this.

I have not been able to get an appointment since my doctor is sick,the next date is November which has put me in a difficult place to get just 2 referrals.i think soon I’m going to another provider!my care is at jepordy,even when they said they called me to cancel my last appointment.
