Very unprofessional very rude always cancel appointment and always late schedule people appointment at 9:30and 9:45 but have there meetings until 10 me and my 2 kids will be transferring to a new clinic for this new year

I don’t usually leave reviews but when it comes to my health now I’m feeling as if doctors don’t really care at Uphams this past year the new primary I was supposed to see months ago cancelled on me AGAIN yesterday after waiting for several months. I have a disability and at this point you’re plying with me and my life. I ran out of my medication months ago so anxiety is already high. Now I have to wait for a call back? All because no one else is Available till after February 2024 ? are you kidding me?! I no longer want Muna Sheikh as my doctor it’s unprofessional canceling my appointment 2-3 times in a row this year.

This Clinic IDK something has got to be done, Im on time but wait way past my appointment time almost always. Medical records and the receptionist dont get me started on them, unprofessional
