About Upham's Community Care
Upham's Corner Health Center is a community health center that provides great and amazing care. The physicians are great, understanding, and quick to explain issues. Many find the people nice, friendly, helpful, and fantastic. Patients report satisfaction with the medical care and doctor visits. However, customer service experiences vary. Some note the front desk and past customer service could be friendlier, while others are satisfied with the receptionist. Urgent care refusals during regular hours have been reported. The pharmacy and check-in process have improved. Parking can be difficult with a filled lot and a COVID tent, and the waiting area can be hard to hear in on busy days.

One time (today) the number counter is off and I take a number and I'm waiting. A woman comes in take the number after me and walks up the pharmacy counter starts waiting on her even though I was there first. It ended up being a very complicated issue with her pharmacy order too. Mine would have been quicker! Stick with the program.
Called to schedule a yearly physical appointment almost 6 months ago and was put on a waitlist and told that I would get a call around July. Nobody ever called me again and when I called recently to schedule an appointment again, the receptionist was not as friendly as I thought. Seems as if they are tired of their jobs or not happy with working there. I did not feel very attended to or comfortable when speaking with receptionist. Receptionist tone was not very pleasant or caring. I did get an appointment, however customer service could be a bit more polite to patients who respond in a kind manner.
