Vetcall has provided the best care for many years. The doctors at Vetcall are brilliant and always spot on. They have guided and cared for many pets, including those with medical issues. The experience with Vetcall is always positive, and the doctors are extremely skilled, especially in emergency settings and orthopedics. They take the time to explain everything in simple terms and make sure the pets and their owners are comfortable and at ease. The fees at Vetcall are reasonable, and the reduced stress for both pets and owners is priceless. The doctors and staff, including the secretary, are top notch and provide a concierge-like service, treating the whole animal and giving advice to optimize their quality of life. Vetcall has helped many pets and their owners through difficult times, and the doctors have a combination of kindness and intelligence. They are always available if needed and make hard moments easier. Overall, Vetcall provides excellent care and is highly recommended.

No matter what the problem or concern we have had the best care , I will say he is brilliant and is always spot on! Our Frenchie is a medical nightmare , the guidance and his care has been absolutely the best thank you Dr Tedali for years of caring for our babies
I could not have asked for a better experience with my new kitten. We have used Jake before at our cat kennel and it was such a positive experience. He is extremely skilled and in an Emergency setting excellent with orthopedics as well. Each time he visits I learn new techniques myself. I am switching my older baby to him as well.

I am ecstatic that I found Dr. Jake to take care of my senior dog Rafi! From the moment he arrived I was impressed with the way he interacted with my dog, making sure that Rafi was comfortable and at ease. Dr.Jake had reviewed Rafi’s medical records in advance and came prepared to perform whatever was deemed appropriate.
After completing an exam, he did a thorough dental cleaning and took care of other nagging issues. He made sure that Rafi and I were both happy before he left and assured us he was available if we needed him.
