You know when you get a new insurance company and a new hospital situation, you trust that they're going to take care of you and your needs! When they break that trust and break their word they don't understand as a writer as one of their patients and you treat me like this my readers are going to know! During a botched surgery they almost wrecked one of my vocal cords! I'm a singer a writer of speaker etcetera if I don't have my voice I can't project! They never apologized for this and they didn't even approach me that they had even did this they wanted to sweep it under the rug! If you value your eyesight, do not go to this place because of the neglect, I lost vision in one eye and we'll be blind in one eye for the rest of my life because of the failure in poor habits in practice

They were great with my daughter, got us right in and she had her glasses within a week and a half. After that, she broke them accidentally and they were super quick and helpful with getting us a replacement.
