“Ladies at the front desk are always kind to me & my kids. The nurses are always gentle. The doctors are amazing. I've been bringing my kid's here for almost 17 years. Dr. Atkinson is the best. He takes everything i say seriously. If I have a concern, he always listens. He knows I know my kid's better than anyone. Even if he doesn't think what I'm saying is correct, he will still investigate it as an option. My kid's feel safe there. We've seen most, if not all of the staff there at some point & i can't think of one that my kids or I don't trust or feel uncomfortable with. I moved a bit away but refuse to switch doctors offices for the kids bc finding another doctor they trust this way might never happen again.“

The entire team was professional and kind, and my son was always treated with great care. We absolutely loved Dr. Menzin—she was thorough and reassuring which made all the difference. “I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail provided during my visit. I had made a routine comment that I was slightly hard of hearing, and didn’t think anything of it.
At the visit I noticed that the Frances Paley, NP used a face mask with a clear window over where her mouth was. I made the comment how it was nice that I could see her mouth so I could better understand the words she was saying, as it was generally tough for me (.. like during Covid) to hear/undertand people…to which she surprisingly “thanked me for sharing earlier” as she unbeknownst to me….had proactively selected a mask to help me.

It made my whole day, and was a experience I will always remember.

At our first visit at this practice every person, from the front desk to the doctors, was extremely patient and unbelievably kind to my daughter without me having to say anything. I’ve never seen her smile at someone wearing scrubs and a mask! The doctors also helped us through some newer issues our previous pediatrician didn’t know what to do about.
