My tech, Tina, was fantastic! However I am disappointed to pay more than $150 for a mani pedi, only to spend a majority of my time hearing my neighboring patrons on face time. I had noise cancelling headphones on, and was still very obviously part of others’ conversations! Understand miniluxe can’t prevent others from being rude on their own time, but would expect them to enforce some manners while inside their facility.
While the service was nice at the time, the gel chipped after 2 days. I came in with long nails I had been working on for months. After 3 days I have no nails left, they all cracked :(
My gel nails chipped after 5 days. I went to get them re-done, which they do for free if they chip in the first 7 days after you get them done, and the new ones still chipped the day after that. So bad.Service: Nail painting
