The worst platform we have used in this space, and honestly the worst service. We moved from another platform after lots of promises but onboarding was terrible, the staff member had no real interest in helping at all trying to pass us off to the support team all the time. The support is not up to standard either. Support is only available for a short window for us as we are outside of the US and when we login there is usually 50-70 people in front of us and we are waiting up to an hour for help that is actually not helpful either.We are now looking to go back to our previous provider, I wouldn't touch these guys with a barge pole.

Klaviyo is a must-have for any eCommerce business owner. As both the owner of a coffee company and a marketing agency, Klaviyo is the only tool is use to send email campaigns and automations. Not to mention the team there is the best!

Klaviyo has allowed us to take our business to the next level! Our account manager, Lucina, is absolutely amazing and has help us improve our segmentation strategy. Klaviyo is extremely user friendly and its features, integrations, and segmentation abilities are miles ahead of many other platforms. Highly recommend!
