Basically a scam. They offer one price, then once they have your product, they cut the price in half and blame you. I'm out $50 and hours of my life. Considering taking them to court just on principal.
Update: took them to court and won.

Bait and switch. Sent in an iPhone (lived in a case with a screen protector its entire life). Was told iPhone had too many scratches and battery did not hold a charge. Which is impossible since I used it as a daily phone up until I shipped it. They halved the initial offer.

I tried selling my mom’s old iPhone SE second generation to Gazelle. Their offer was higher than Its Worth More and Xfinity. The phone was in good condition, but Gazelle claimed the phone was still being financed or that it had a lot of scratches so they revised their offer to $0. This was a blatant lie. I asked for the phone to be returned and they shipped an empty box. I went through their affidavit of loss form, but they needed the phone’s IME and serial number which I did not record before resetting my phone. This was never asked when preparing the phone to be sent to them. They also asked for a police report. The theft was at their company and not the mail carrier....read full review
