I had a wonderful 90 minute integrative massage with Arun. His locale is comfortable and pleasant. He listened carefully to my concerns before the massage, checked in with me during and after, and the massage itself helped diminish both my emotional anxiety and some of my related physical symptoms. I injured my shoulder over a year ago, after having previous surgery in the area years before that. While standard PT/massage addressed my immediate pain/numbness issues, I was left with limited ROM and persistent pain. After 2 deep tissue/integrative sessions with Frederick Frank, ROM is restored and the persistent pain is 99% gone. Unbelievable. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you, Rick.
