This is a great service and saved the day when I thought I might end up on the ER with my 15 year old shitzu. My vet was closed and it was a Sunday and I couldn’t find an open vet anywhere. I had an appointment on Tuesday with my regular vet but was nervous my doggie couldn’t wait that long. The Doctor guided me in what to look for if my Sailors issue was getting worse and gave me some home remedies that really helped! Within 24 hours she was looking so much better. This is an amazing service! I highly recommend it.
I just had a video call with Dr. Stefanie Stewart. We ran into some technical difficulty in the beginning and the support person was able to provide a Zoom meeting link for us to jump in the call. The support was provided in real time and quick which I really appreciate. Dr. Stewart was just absolutely wonderful and patient. She gave me her professional opinions and provided several home remedies for me to try first on my pup. I was very worried about my pup's skin problem, but Dr Stewart put me at ease. All and all, it was such a pleasant experience to talk to a professional vet right when I needed and at such a bargain price. My local vets are so booked up and they can't see my pup until next week. I am just very grateful to have the doctor's professional guidance right away. Not to mention, Hello Ralphie's customer support was extremely courteous and worked fast to solve our technical issues right away. Highly recommended!!! Worth every $ I paid.
