Nice, modern, calming and clean facilities with very professional staff. There’s some good amenities like a salt room, sauna, waiting rooms with very light snacks, nice, clean locker rooms. We got massages and the quality was just okay, I think my massage therapist might have been new, she seemed apprehensive to put more pressure in the massage but my friend said her massage was great. The next day my knots were still there so for me, their price doesn’t correlate with quality.

Nice facilities, but the pricing and payment of the spa was confusing. The customer service was ok, nobody was overly friendly but they were professional. The massage was also ok. Could of used a more personalized service in regards to what scents and smells and lotions were used or offered. I didn’t like that the masseuse sat down in an office style chair that was very loud when they moved around and really effected the ambiance of the experience. The massage was on the lighter side and felt more therapeutic then it did relaxing. Overall a nice spa, but not the best I’ve ever been too 6/10.

Excellent Customer Service and Service In General. The moment I stepped in the door I felt special and everyone was kind. I live 45 minutes away, but it's worth the drive and parking fees. Molly and Sasha has done an excellent job with my massages and facial. I plan to be a life long client
