If you have the good fortune of owning an 1897 house with a-200-year black munson slate roof, then keeping it in good repair is good conservatorship. Such is our house, and we have used Duffy Roofing Co., Inc. on two occasions (in 2016 and 2025). They have the knowledge and expertise to thoroughly evaluate the roof’s condition and to expertly repair it.
