Came when it was slow and the most rushed through pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. Scrubbing nails was rough and honestly, a little painful. Barely exfoliated, and interrupted my pedicure multiple times with a phone call. The end result isn’t bad but the process getting there wasn’t enjoyable and that’s suppose to be the best part. I’d go elsewhere.

I went to get a gel manicure & it wasn’t the best I’ve ever. I came back a few days later because two of my nails had the polish peeled off. As the technician was redoing my nails, she was using the same file on me to file her own nails as my nails curated in the uv lamp. I wish I spoke up at the time, but I wanted to just get out of there. Really disappointed

I used to LOVE going here to get my nails done, but recently it's been subpar to say the least. I went for a pedicure with my mom and we both asked for Signature (I have never had this one before). My tech asked what scrub and mask scent I wanted and I thought nothing of it. By the time my nails were almost done someone realized the tech was doing a more expensive option on me (the deluxe). She acknowledged that I had said signature and finished the deluxe. She was great and I didn't think it was an issue, but the attitude I got from the manager at the register when I went to pay was abysmal.
