First off, disregard the one malicious post from years ago - there is a whole backstory here which was left out. This salon will do pretty much everything to ensure that you leave satisfied. I have been coming for a number of years and the other customers I meet keep returning, just like me. Cynthia is great with color, she gives amazing haircuts, plus she listens to whatever it is you want. Most highly recommended - and I have tried the other Newbury Street salons.
I’ve been seeing Pam for the last 3 years. Pam is an artist. Every cut grows out so well and feels really fresh. She understands my hair in a way few have before her and knows how to create an individualized style based on what she’s working with. We’ve experimented with a few different styles and colors. Pam is able to see my vision and make it reality. She’s really great about figuring out a realistic way to execute an idea. Pam also takes special care to be sure the vision is executed and has never let me down, despite some pretty crazy requests. Can’t recommend enough.
I’ve gone here since i was a little kid and the service is amazing a bit pricey but i e never not liked my haircut from there love yall at cynthia k salon 🩷🩷
