Bungalow is more than a salon….it is pure magic layered into chill, fun vibes. I love my appointment days at Bungalow. I know the minute I walk into the bright, airy space that I will be greeted by the friendly (and incredibly talented stylist/colorist) owner and the smell of the beautiful scents of the various handmade candles and instantly the stress of the week vanishes! The real magic though is in Jacoall’s talent to take hair of any kind and transform it. I thought my hair was beyond repair until I met her and now I have beautiful healthy hair. I've got a super busy schedule and needed a last minute hair cut and style for a work event, and Ja’coall not only squeezed me in when I needed it, but she also did such an incredible job with my hair. After a few hours usually my super straight long hair barely holds a curl and yet after I got it styled it was holding up well through my evening event and even into the next day and still looked great. Also, she explained that all the products are natural and plant based. I was also pleasantly surprised by the air quality in the salon, it didn't have that usual highly chemical smell, and I'm quite sensitive to heavy odors and felt very comfortable the whole time. Got my hair done here about 5 times and had a great experience every single time!! All of the products are healthy and make my hair feel so smooth and look super shiny. My blowout has never lasted this long. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and helpful with whatever haircut/hairstyles/color that you want! I come here once a week just to feel beautiful for the weekend <3
