I went to Mercedes for the first time salon is clean. She is professional and did an amazing job on my hair. I had just taken my braids out. She untangled it for me. Did an amazing shampoo trim press I actually had tears in my eyes when she showed me the finished product I had no idea she could bring my hair back to life extremely satisfied
