“This is the first time I have used a cleaning service, and I am impressed. I did a deep cleaning. Commutation with Karol was easy with quick replies. Both Karol and her crew were on time for appointments. My house has never looked better. I am amazed how they got all the nooks and crannies. My appliances shine (no finger prints or smudges)and all the grease is gone. As much as I love the nose prints on my windows, it's nice to have windows I can see out, even my screens are clean. I have not seen a dog hair anywhere. (i watch my daughters golden and I have a lab)Only if that could last!!!!

“We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.“

“Greg is the best! I called Nu-Mode a week ago with a very short window to get my carpets cleaned (called on a Monday, asked to have it cleaned by Thursday). Greg was able to get us in Thursday afternoon. This was a move-in clean, and some of the carpets were a bit stained and had some mildew. Greg called me back promptly to schedule, and also called me on his way to our home to be sure we were there (we hadn't moved in yet). He was very fair, and gave me the best price (he charges by the square foot or by the hour, giving you the best rate). It took him about 2 hrs to clean three large bedrooms and walk-in closets. After cleaning, he brushed out the carpets. They look amazing and the house smells bright and clean! Greg also followed up several days later to be sure I was happy. I have a new carpet cleaner in town, and I am thrilled. Nu-Mode also cleans area rugs, and will pick them up or clean them in place depending on consultation. I highly recommend Greg and Nu-Mode!“

“My wife and I just moved into a brand new house and we NEEDED our couch cleaned. We have a three year old and, need I really say more ? Between the food, milk, snots and whatever else has made its way onto this thing, it was gross to say the least. I did a yelp search and came across Express Cleaning. I reached out and Alex was very responsive. I sent him a picture of the couch and he gave me a quote. He explained his process, what was needed, how long it would take etc. Throughout the week we we were in touch and he kept his word as to when he would arrive. When he did arrive he explained his process in a bit more detail. Told me it was going to take between two and three hours (in my mind it would have been 45 minutes tops). He was professional, courteous, polite and, respectful! He wore a mask and booties over his shoes without me even having to ask. He setup his own table, tarp (as to not get anything on the floors), had all his equipment and did his thing. Three hours later he was done. When it came time to pay him I was totally expecting the ol bait and switch. Not the case. He stuck to his word and I was (still am) in shock. For what he quoted he worked his tail off and it wasn't enough. I cannot recommend Alex enough. Definitely 5/5 would recommend. I'd leave him a 10/10 if possible. We collected a bunch of his cards and are recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Alex! You rock!!“
