Greg is the best! I called Nu-Mode a week ago with a very short window to get my carpets cleaned (called on a Monday, asked to have it cleaned by Thursday). Greg was able to get us in Thursday afternoon. This was a move-in clean, and some of the carpets were a bit stained and had some mildew. Greg called me back promptly to schedule, and also called me on his way to our home to be sure we were there (we hadn't moved in yet). He was very fair, and gave me the best price (he charges by the square foot or by the hour, giving you the best rate). It took him about 2 hrs to clean three large bedrooms and walk-in closets. I have been using Nu-Mode for over 40 years. I'm pretty selective, and expect good work when I hire a company. They never let me down. No question - they are the very best in rug and upholstery cleaning. Tons of experience. What impresses me the most is they genuinely want to do a good job. They want their customers to be satisfied. I just had a sofa cleaned. Greg came to look at it and said he wasn't sure he could get it cleaned. So, he asked if he could take a cushion to his shop to work it. He did that.
