This guy's the man. He's kind and responsive and helped me and a colleague find a rug for work. He worked with us to find something in our budget (gave us several great choices) and then touched up the carpet we ended up buying. The store is a delight -- a place to wander and wonder. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful to have found Pars' shop in Andover! My husband had a prayer rug that he had acquired abroad, which had gotten fairly beat up over the years -- discoloration and plenty of damage from mater and pets. I brought the rug into Pars to see if he could help in what I was afraid was an unsalvageable situation. Pars was thoughtful and presented a couple of options for bringing the rug back to life. We settled first on a cleaning, then he completed some damage control. Pars contacted me at each step and gave me an estimate for the cost of the work. Pars was thoughtful, communicative, and friendly. Thanks, Pars!!

I brought in my mom's hooked rug that she and my dad made in 1947. Pars was extremely helpful - advising me how to repair it myself! He was also so kind to chat with my mom about the rug - she's 103 and was waiting in the car. Great experience - highly recommend -Thank you Pars!
