Stephen recently performed our pre-purchase inspection. We had a great experience working with him. He was very thorough, methodical, and patient. My husband and I really appreciated that he talked us through everything as he went along, and even dedicated some time to showing us the basics of the home's utilities systems and how to maintain them - as first-time home buyers, we found that incredibly useful!
Stephen was professional and knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough and detailed. Stephen is honest and a great guy to work with. Definitely would call him again. Highly recommended.
Stephen did a thorough and careful pre-offer inspection on the house we were interested in. He showed great knowledge and answered all of our questions. After the inspection, he provided a four-page report with all the critical information in 24 hours, which helped us make a decision on whether to place an offer or not.
