This company and Rob saved me from buying my first house that was worse than I thought. You pay them extra but you get an exceptional and honest service. I’d rather spend a few hundred more with them than blindly buying a home with issues that costs me thousands if not hundred of thousands to repair, and it’s a 30 year commitment!!!They have earned a customer for life and I will use them and recommend them to all my future home inspections.Thank you Rob and MKC!!!!

A+ experience with inspector, Thomas Berthiaume. He is very knowledgeable on the systems of manufactured homes and performed a thorough inspection of my mobile home purchase. His approach was to educate and explain the issues, not to instill anxiety over things I didn't understand.
