They are really good. Very pleasant atmosphere. They care about their customer's needs. For example, they already pulled my insurance records and understood the coverage provided. Were very open about how much things will cost, and spent time to help optimize things for the insurance coverage. Doctor patiently listen to all my concerns and replied to everything with scientific backing. Recommended to everyone.

Initially my appointment showed it was supposed to be with Dr. Zheng, but I got there and it was with Dr. Zhou.

She did a good job, was very thorough, and explained a lot of things I was curious about, just wanted to note the doctor change so it doesn't catch people off guard.

My past eye exams with other doctors were challenging, with one doctor giving me a wrong prescription, and the next one refusing to give me a prescription altogether, but Dr. Zhou at Waverly Eye Care got an accurate prescription without any difficulty.

Overall a positive experience and exactly what I was hoping for.

Dr. Xiaohong Zhou is amazing—kind, attentive, and deeply involved in her care. She listened carefully and explained everything clearly. I felt completely supported and confident with her. Highly recommend!
