This has to be the most unprofessional business that I have ever had to deal with. A couple of weeks ago, I had to take an intense physical exam. The staff seemed to be disorganized and rude. Today, I received a phone call from the receptionist saying "Excuse me, we need you to come back in. We forgot to record your sitting height. Do you know it?" I was baffled when I heard this. How am I supposed to know how tall I am sitting down off the top of my head? Not to mention, as a business, isn't it a priority to make sure the proper procedures are implemented on every patient? I will never go back to Reliant Medical Group again as they clearly lack attention to detail in their practices.
