No appointments are needed, and patients can simply walk in to receive care. According to patients, the medical staff is wonderful, thorough, and caring. One patient noted that the facility provides printed information about treatments to take home. The facility includes x-ray services, so patients do not need to be referred to a hospital. The check-in system is efficient, allowing patients to track their wait by their position in line. One patient observed the attentive care provided to others, including an elderly woman who received immediate attention. The nurse staff is friendly and comforting, and the providers take their time, ensuring that patients do not feel rushed. Many patients appreciate the quick treatment and outcomes, with one noting that their visit took just two hours, compared to the much longer wait at an emergency room. Although everyone was friendly and helpful, some suggested adding TVs in the waiting area to help pass the time. Overall, ReadyMED in Auburn, MA is a top-notch facility with excellent practitioners.
I recently had to go to Auburn Redi Med because my primary care didn't have any openings that day. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The physician assistant that I saw was extremely kind and thorough and I felt confident that I was in the best care. She listened to all of my concerns and did an excellent follow-up. I can't say the same for the one in my hometown in Oxford due to a really bad experience where they completely misdiagnosed me which caused a delay in a surgery and they didn't listen to me. I do highly recommend Auburn though.
Last March 1 this Urgent care doctor, forgot his name (is actually Dr. Hoang Trinh), asian and thorough, saved my life. I got lung xrays proving my pneumonia got worst, got a positive Covid Test and most importantly, he sent me to the emergency room right away, where they found out I had pulmonary embolism in both lungs. I couldn't breath and none of my doctors figured out why. Thank you so much Urgent Care!

This place will definitely be my new go to whenever urgent care is needed! Dr. Andrew and my nurse Ryann were very personable and caring. They truly listened to me and gave me excellent care. All the other staff I interacted with were also very friendly and supportive.
