I do know sometimes they have to wait long periods of time to get paid from their customers but most of the time they are right on schedule. The construction team was very courteous and careful to protect areas not involved in the construction project while they worked. They also consistently cleaned up at the end of every work day. All inspections were passed first time, with zero rework required. When we decided to make small changes during the project execution Tiago and Junia were very accommodating.
