“Bob’s review We are six months out from our kitchen overhaul with Bob and we can’t speak more highly of the experience. We hired Bob to gut and rebuild our kitchen during the pandemic. Our home is 99 years old and when we initially met with Bob to discuss the project he laid out all of the potential challenges he anticipated based on our house’s age. Bob knew what he was up against and showed he was ready for it from day one. In the end our additional costs were minimal and we were ready because Bob had prepared us. As we went through the process Bob kept us informed and was always clear on what to expect. Bob worked with great partners to get us quality materials and we ended up with a beautiful kitchen. It’s also worth mentioning that he is respectful and trustworthy. I was working at home during the renovation and it was a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where I felt at ease. “Jose and his team did a wonderful job on my living room ceiling. A section of the ceiling was damaged by water. They had to cut out the damaged sheet rock, replaced it and then tape it, texture the area and the paint the entire ceiling. They did an excellent job. The replaced area cant be seen and you would never know there was a repair and replacement. They protected the room and furniture with coverings and they cleaned up the area at the end of the day and left it very neat. I was very satisficed with the job and I would not hesitate to hire them again.“

“I found RIKB to be a pleasure to work with. We just re-did our kitchen.The designer was helpful in terms of assisting with small details that I really didn't have time for. She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing.Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. RIKB handled everything from start to finish and allowed me to be as stress free as possible. Would use them again.“

It included a large addition with a 3 car garage with bonus room above, mud room, porch and deck, renovating the kitchen, building out a master suite and bath, complete all new fascia boards, soffits, siding, roofing etc. Rob and his team were responsive throughout the entire process and provided a lot of feedback an ideas along the way. “Elan gave a prompt, reasonable bid on some work that needed to be done in my home. There were problems with siding on our home that had been put up by another contractor several years ago. Elan was able to repair the gaps in the siding, and seal off the spaces that were exposed to the weather. He also installed a door at the stop of the stairs leading into our basement. Both jobs were reasonably priced, completed promptly, and he was very professional with the work, and the clean up when he was finished.Services: General construction“
