Recently had a transfer switch installed for a portable generator. The process was super smooth, great communication, and quality work. Mark and Cole were great! Customer service from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. They even took the time to show me step-by-step what I will do in the case of a power outage. I highly recommend Grillo and look forward to the next project.

Our basement light went out last week and I was able to schedule an appointment immediately. They called to see if this was an emergency. I received a reminder the day before with a time. Mark & Cole arrived on time and were efficient and knowledgeable. They asked if their was anything else they could do and I did have them do some jobs that I had were totally unplanned for them. They had to come back today to finish the jobs as they needed to get several parts. They were back early and finished promptly. Extremely professional! We have used Grillo Electrical and Plumbing for years and always completely go beyond our expectations. Keep up the great work!!
