Today was my first time coming into salon Forza and I had Kayli as my hairdresser/stylist! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable, welcome and accommodated the whole time. She let me know the things that she was doing while doing them and was great to converse with. I absolutely love the way my hair came out. I haven’t done something like what I got today in about four years (balayage/overlay/cut) and it made me feel alive again and my hair also looks very lively. Couldn’t be happier! Lauren was so sweet and made the experience so relaxing, she kept checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable and kept making sure I was happy with how everything was looking. She fully nailed the inspiration I showed her and maybe even exceeded it! I’m so satisfied with how my hair turned out and how attentive Lauren was! I recently moved to the Boston area and I’m so happy I found a good trustworthy hairstylist!
Emily and the staff at Salon Forza were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She has textured hair and hair care can be a challenge. Emily was so kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire appointment, making her feel comfortable and at ease. She took her time, listened to what we wanted, and did a wonderful job.
