Dr. Gruber is an excellent doctor, which is the only reason I'm not giving a 1. The office lady, Debbie, is always rude and impatient on the phone. She got extremely annoyed when the call cut out and I had to ask her to repeat their fax number, and then hung up on me before I could ask anything else. If you want to see Dr. Gruber, go to their Salem office. The office staff are much nicer.

Half an hour past my appointment time and still waiting. So I left. Not the first time I was kept waiting in this office but certainly the last. Here's a pro tip. If your going to be more than 10 minutes late because 'something came up' pop your head in the exam room and give the patient a heads up the time you'll actually be seen. That's assuming you've made it as far as the exam room. It's possible your patients are busy too...

i arrived at 1.20pm, 10 mins early for an appointment with Dr. Kumar at 1.30pm. Finally got checked in around 1.35pm and then at 2.15pm I walked out after not being seen by the doctor. My time is just as important as yours. No apologies were made and this was a complete and utter waste of time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
