Very uneven experiences with NEDA. The physicians who have cared for my aunt have been excellent, and I guess that's the most important part. Where things get wonky are with phone and front desk staff. I had wonderful help from a woman in the billing department over the phone when there were issues with my aunt's insurance coverage. However, when dealing with appointments and other questions on the phone, staff members can be oddly difficult to talk to, almost hostile. It's very confusing to have Jekyll and Hyde personalities to deal with.
