Overall, he was very insightful, had a lot of wise advice when it came to dealing with my personal problems, and he unlocked my potential through strategic problem solving and guidance. Caroline Daman at Handel is very trustworthy and considerate of others. She loves people from all different backgrounds. Her vast experience working alongside college students (myself included!) and young adults in particular gives her a unique perspective on that life stage. I would gladly recommend her to any and all looking for some wisdom or assistance in whatever they are going through.

The hardest part of therapy for me is finding a good therapist and actually making that first appointment. The process with Handel Behavioral Health could not be easier. I was able to read therapist profiles online, learn about their techniques, filter by my insurance, and for telehealth. Booking online was easy, and my first several sessions with Eric have been outstanding! It is such a relief to know I have recurring appointments with a great therapist.
