My roommates and I were in touch with Caitlin. She was very nice and was super helpful throughout the process, showed us multiple different properties, and took the time to answer our questions. We are very happy with our experience.

Caitlin was the sweetest, very communicative and accommodating to our schedules! I really recommend using Valley Property Management if you are a UMass student looking for off campus housing.
