This karate center and Peter has been our saving grace. As a single parent, life had it moments of being difficult and I was noticing that my child needed extra confidence and good role models. On and off through the last couple years my child has gone to the center, the team there from Peter and his family have been supportive, kind, caring, understanding and compassionate to my situation and child's anxiety. My child blossomed more with a routine, confidence, self esteem and so much more. This center (well mainly Peter and Nicole) has gifted not only me but my child a new and positive guidance system for life and I am tremendously grateful for them and what they practice.

Peter Pippos Karate Center is a unique institution that not only teaches karate, but also builds leadership, character, and respect. The staff are role models and mentors who create a fun and nurturing environment, building confidence and self-esteem in students of all ages. The instructors are incredibly motivating and provide valuable guidance, helping the kids develop both skill and confidence. They are great with recognizing and supporting kids with ASD and ADHD needs, building their confidence in their abilities. The dojo instills discipline and creates the perfect environment for children to grow both physically and mentally. The class schedules are very flexible, making it an excellent choice for families.

Peter Pippos Karate Center has always been a wonderful place.
The Sensei and Nicole always went above and beyond for each kid. I was surprised to see how the Sensei knew each of their names, despite having many large groups daily. That alone gives you an idea of how awesome and caring they are. But, since the pandemic hit last March, they have once again shown how much they deeply care: not only hey initially switched the karate lessons to online, the Sensei was also having one on one private lessons with each kid at no extra cost. Him and Nicole organized evening Bingos, and many other virtual events so that parents could take a break while keeping kids entertained. They do all this because they really care! Now, given that some parents need to go back to work, they are offering a space for the kids to learn remotely while being safe. This, along with offering remote and in-person karate lessons to suit the different levels of comfort during these unusual times.
We are so thankful for Peter Pippos, their family and staff! They are truly one of a kind!
We love this Karate center!! Our first lesson we knew we’d be staying. I loved how they focus on respecting and caring for yourself and others through karate. My daughter loves going each week. Peter and the other instructors make sure each student feels welcome and pushes them to be their very best. After her first week of lessons she said, “Mom I just feel like I belong here.” Love Peter Pippos Karate!
