The staff at this location are top-notch, with a friendly and courteous demeanor that makes customers feel welcomed. They provide excellent service, going above and beyond to help customers find the glasses that best complement their faces. The doctor is nice and can fit patients in the same day. Amber is amazing, patient, and helps select frames for a pleasurable experience. All the ladies in the front are very friendly, professional, and respectful, providing outstanding customer service.
I went to Walmart vision center to get my glasses and Mrs. Stephanie, Destine, Lettie, Amber and dr Lee all took care of me and got me with glasses that i like and they are very friendly and nice and help you and take time to serve you. Thanks to all of yall for the service.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Stephianie helped me with my glasses and was very helpful throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and was able to articulate the details in a way that made it easy to understand, which I really appreciated.
One small critique is that there could be slightly more professionalism shown in some areas, but it’s a very minor point compared to the overall positive experience.
Even though i was clueless about the recent policy changes, let me tell you, Amber was the best person ever in life to assist. A lifesaver if you will. I know i was difficult initially bc I couldn’t see (lol) but she got me in and out, with another pair on the side just in case (which im sure ill need). Zachary did what needed to be done hiring her! I couldnt leave the parking lot without giving her, her just due. And give her a raise. She is the epitome of customer service and everything right in the world.
