I took no photos, I don't believe people who are in pain and trying to get better want to be photographed. And I could not take pictures of the place being empty since it was fairly full the two times I've been. The staff is amazing! All are upbeat, positive, and very encouraging and patient.
I had my baby boy July 22, 2025 at Lane. He was delivered by Dr. Best. My experience from start to finish was amazing. I was under excellent care. Dr. Best is wonderful. I only pushed for a few minutes and my baby was here. He allowed me to play music and even made a joke that made me and the staff laugh ? I want to also give a big shoutout to Nurse Bailee!!!! She was AMAZING!!!! She definitely loves her job and treats everyone with respect and compassion. She’s such a sweet heart. My CRNA was Matthew Richardson and he administered my epidural and he talked me through the entire thing. He was wonderful. I definitely recommend Lane and their wonderful staff.

I called about getting my eyeglasses repaired. They were helpful and told me their hours. (Which did not agree with the recorded message I got when I first called at lunch.) You need to talk to a human! If in doubt. I walked in they fixed my glasses right away. Excellent service.

I don’t get my nails done often at all and I verbalized that when I walked in. My pedicure was so relaxing that I was fighting my sleep. And then we get to Vincent with my nails.. I showed him a picture for inspiration and he KILLED IT! He took his time perfecting the shape and then hand painted each nail, one by one. He was intentional and made sure I left satisfied with the results. Leaving out, I told him we were best friends now. ? so yall go see my best friend and the rest of the phenomenal team at elegant nails if you want to walk out feeling dangerously good.
