I’d like to shout out Kate and Kim for their exceptional customer service in patience, professional, and time! These ladies went above and beyond to assist me with processing my eyeglass order. This was my 1st visit at Walmart Vision & Glasses (BAKER location) and I must say I am very pleased. Both ladies exhibited patience beyond what most would these days under pressure. I've spent the best 2.5 hours here with Mrs. Kimberly in the Vision center. What started out as a rough day ended up being a refreshing and powerful Monday. Mrs. Kimberly is the best. Her patience, honesty, smile, not to mention her wonderful personality made it easy to finally pick one pair out of literally trying on almost 30 pairs of glasses.
