With tropical storm Bertha approaching. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service was great and the customer service rep was very polite each time we talked. My only complaint was the price of the new battery

During Ida, my house received extensive damage and was in the immediate need for repairs including electrical and air conditioning among general carpentry. Down South answered. They performed needed repairs including upgrading to current code and re-wiring of the entire house. Also, the a/c system including vents and ductwork required replacement. All of the repairs were accomplished quickly and in coordination with the carpenter crews. I whole heartedly recommend Down South Electric to all in need of installation, repairs, or renovations to their homes. It is a very professionally run business..
