Kellie is the most kind and sweet person to start doing yoga or Ariel yoga with. She makes sure you do your techniques correctly so you do not injure yourself. My girls and I love going here for Ariel Yoga. The best yoga in St. Tammany Parish! Thanks Kellie for all you do!! Your amazing! ?

Blue Arrow Yoga is my new "home" studio.I feel very welcome & comfortable there while deepening my yoga practice. Kellie & the other instructors are knowledgeable & teach great classes. They offer a variety of classes for all levels. They also offer aerial yoga for beginners, advanced students & kids. I highly recommend Blue Arrow Yoga for those new to yoga & the more experienced as well.
