It was Sunday, and my Thermo King reefer showed Code 25 at an alternate stop. I was lucky to find this shop. Tory Maxwell, the technician, was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my reefer repaired in no time. The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend this shop, especially if you have the chance to work with Tory Maxwell.
Tri-State turned a horrible situation into a pleasantly positive. I had a load of frozen turkeys that was supposed to be shipped at -10 degrees. When I picked the load up Friday night, it was already at 13 degrees and rising. Saturday morning it had reached 20 degrees. By then I had made it to Shreveport La. Tri-State Refrigeration was in the area so the technician, Danny met me at their facility. He is an incredibly nice guy and has a way of talking to you as if he’s known you for years. I know they say nice guys finish last but not this guy. Danny explained step by step what was wrong and step by step how to fix it. This is where you want to go fast understanding and reasonable.they took the time to explain to me the issues and laid out a plan of action. They have an after hours but don't really rl rely on it just bring it in and get your tune up
