We have used Mechanical concepts several times with our business and they are always very nice, professional and quick in getting out to us. Lawrence came out today after giving us a great estimate. He gave both an estimate should the unit need repair, or replacement. He did not try to upsell us, and was honest and stated he would do his best to repair the unit. He was able to quickly repair one of our units and was so knowledgeable, the repair was done fast and efficiently and he explained things as he was going along in the process. I highly recommend working with Lawrence and also with using Mechanical Concepts for any HVAC needs you may have.
