Air went out on Labor Day and SBC answered my call and showed up quickly and solved the problem in less than an hour. My tech, Seth, showed me what was wrong and was super nice and professional despite working a very hot day on a holiday. Always a great experience!
Conner came out yesterday, and gave me a quote. I was pretty sure already but I needed a new unit. He worked with me on the price and was very patient while I made my decision. Needless to say conner, Owen, and luke came out today, after learning about my medical condition, bright and early. It didn't take to long and was explained to, step by step , what they were doing and how it worked. Oh forgot to mention they cleaned up the mess after!!! Thank you sbc cooling and heating. Nothing like busy bees to save the day.
Hunter went above and beyond with our needs and greatly appreciate his professionalism.
