“They are a wonderful friendly staff and veterinarians!I recommend them for anyone who wants their fur babies to be taken care of with professional and genuine care!We have recently moved to the area from south Florida and on a recommendation of family we took our cat Tibias here they even though it was 5 minutes before closing they made sure it was not a true emergency and then held him over night and took care of him first thing in the morning. I was impressed with the qualified and skilled staff.. everyone has been excellent in their positions. “Provenance Vet has exceeded expectations for me and my fur baby. I have an aggressive dog and they have been nothing but understanding and patient with providing him with the services he needs. Dr. Waddell gave us suggestions and we ended up getting him neutered, she had been so understanding and accommodating for him! They gave me updates during the procedure and after and also called and checked up on him the next day. I cannot thank this practice enough for being so patient with such a difficult dog like mine! “This is the best veterinarian clinic in the entire NWLA area. They're efficient, communicative, thorough, and they sincerely care. They're known to be expensive, but from my experience, they present you an itemized bill of what they recommend in treatment and care, let you make the final decision on what is necessary for your animal, and they work with you on paying your bill through Care Credit. Everyone I met is extremely kind and patient. Their facility is also clean, light, and airy. They helped my 12 year old dog go from being in chronic pain to acting like a new puppy. I really enjoy them being transparent on their credibility and knowledge. If they don't know the answer to a question, they don't bs you, and let you know they'll find the answer out and work to do so. I'll always trust their care and expertise above anyone else here. “My 53 pound bog got into rat poison. We called the vet's office & they said come in now & bring the rat poison. They were waiting for her.It took her a long time for the antidote to take place, so she was given more. She finally started vomiting until her belly was empty. The vet tech took care of cleaning. Up the entire room. We had to get her RX at the emergency room vet. She was happy to walk in the parking lot til the RX was ready. She got home & drank. a lot & then ate her dinner. It was a great experience! We return in 14 days. I'm grateful for the staff & doc. I've been going there about 15 years.“

“Jeff was our Great Dane's (Bleu) trainer and took Bleu from Donnie Thornbery to a behaved puppy! He has done a complete turn around since his two weeks with Jeff and I'm so impressed. He had very bad mouthing habits and would get so excited when someone tried to pet him that he would jump up on them and he's way too big! Bleu has been home since Sunday evening, today is Tuesday and we've been out and about today and yesterday, he's been so well behaved. Yesterday he went to a sporting event and today we sat outside while my daughter had dance. He got SO much attention from the 7 and 8 yr old dancers. He didn't jump on anyone, nor did he mouth anyone! Worse he done was licked them after drinking water and they walked away wet I'm beyond grateful and highly recommend them to anyone“
