I had to put down one of my Boston’s and the support and comfort from the whole team made the experience less stressful. I appreciate the supportiveness and kindness every time we go there.“

80 Greenacres Blvd, Bossier City“We were so happy with Three Happy Tails and so was our Maltese Bentley. They took great care of him while we went out of town for a vacation. We enjoyed getting to see him on the video while we were away. It gave us peace of mind to know he was well taken care of and happy. We were so thankful that they were able to get him in last minute, too. They also bathed/groomed him during his stay. He looks amazing! This is the best he's looked after getting groomed. We would definitely recommend Three Happy Tails. They are great!“

“Update: One of the owners reached out to me directly and took significant time to investigate what happened. He reviewed staff notes, tracked down where the breakdown occurred, and walked through their systems and protocols with me in detail. It’s clear they have multiple safeguards in place and that this situation was not taken lightly. He was responsive, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and took responsibility for addressing them.
Initial: We boarded our dog Bella for six days over the Christmas holiday. When we picked her up, one of her legs was swollen to the size of a tennis ball, and she had feces around her hind end, which is very unusual for her.
The swelling had not been noticed by staff and required two vet visits to treat a serious infection. We were also told her medication had run out, even though we had provided enough. We followed up by email but never received a response.
Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that Bella was not closely monitored or properly cared for during her stay.“
