“I arrived around 20 minutes before my appointment, but they went ahead and got me checked in. Only had to wait around 15 minutes to get called back for all the pre screenings. After that the doctor arrived fairly quickly. All said and done I was finished with my exam in about 20 minutes.

When I went to pick out frames the people there were very helpful. The only negative thing I could say is the selection was a little limited. But what they did have was good quality.

“I had to go to Azar Eye Clinic yesterday for an emergency visit, and I want to share how grateful I am for the people who helped me. I called around 8:30 in the morning, and they got me in to be seen by 10:00 or 10:30. From the moment I reached out, they moved quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Expressing concern due to the fact that I was dealing with a retinal detachment in my left eye. Very unexpected and very scary.

Miss Tracy, who handles referrals, went above and beyond for me in every possible way. She spent so much time helping me navigate the process of finding a surgeon who accepts Medicaid, and she never once made me feel rushed or like a burden. She was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, and she made a very stressful situation feel manageable. Azar is truly fortunate to have someone like her.

I also want to mention Miss Jenny, the new nurse practitioner. She was just as wonderful—attentive, caring, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. Her kindness and reassurance made a frightening day much easier to handle.
