Vedric provided excellent customer service to me and my 10 year old son while selecting his first pair of glasses. Vedric was very engaged, knowledgeable, and was patient while we tried on several frames. We are happy with the pair we ended up choosing and can’t wait for them to arrive.
My husband and I needed our glasses adjusted . We were greeted by Vedric. Letting you know this young man is an asset too your company. Kind, very courteous and professional. Left much happier than we came. Thank you
The location on Louisiana Ave was a much more pleasant experience than I've had in the past. Of course I dont know everyone's name, however the two people who assisted me were Mr Peter and Ms Kelly. Great personalities exist at this location. This also includes the employees who didn't assist, but I witnessed them working with others. I shall definitely refer others to this location.
