Brand new patient; my first visit was in May 2021. Dr. Stafford never noticed that I have cataracts. Or, which may be worse, didn't mention it to me. Good thing I already knew about it from my previous optometrist. Got my glasses; took many visits to get the fit right. Had to go in a fifth time when I noticed an abraded spot on the left lens, after 2 mo! And believe me, it wasn't through neglect. I had ordered and paid for the Crisal coating; if they used the newest high molecular density plastic lenses with that coating, they should've been nearly indestructible.
