“I went to urgent care because I was feeling bad enough not to function but not bad enough for a hospital trip. I was not really sure what was going on with me on top of not feeling well. Dr Rugile was extremely pleasant to deal with and very professional. The medical exam did not feel cold or absent and I felt like I had a real intelligent conversation where information was provided at my level and I felt empowered to make choices with a positive impact on my health. “Good service for a quick diagnosis. Only minus one star because the ventilation in the building has black mold. I recognized it when my eyes got very itchy out of nowhere upon entering, went outside and was fine. Black mold is visible on multiple air vent intakes. Doesn’t seem acceptable for a medical facility, please fix that. Could lead to misdiagnosis of
patients.“
