“I was in town for a couple days visiting and did a couple of training sessions. The space is well kept and well equipped, atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I trained with Russell and had a great couple workouts. The approach felt challenging yet accommodating, and I really enjoyed the slow motion exercise angle.“

“My experience with Zone Fit Nola has been great. I saw an immediate improvement in my physique after spending about a month and a half doing weekly classes.
I purchased a package of classes through the mind-body app on the App Store and would use a class from the package each time I would do a class. The classes are around 50 minutes long (I'm not counting) and the music is not too loud or too soft. They mix it up too. The people taking the classes are respectful and not encroaching your space like some roided out lunker pacing the weigh room between sets. Lol. I think it's good overall since I'm a runner and it is a form of cross training and honestly the results have been far more effective lately than my running results.“
