Visiting here from Sydney, Australia. Owner who works the front desk was very accommodating and worked with his team to fit my daughter and I in as walk-ins. All of the team were friendly, the place was nicely presented and clean. Bria did my nails and “OMG” they are the best set I’ve ever had. My feedback was that she should be entering competitions and teaching as they are perfect and I’m extremely picky!! Tipping is new for us as we don’t tip in Australia however I didn’t hesitate tipping +$50USD for what Bria achieved. I’ve sent a pic to my family in OZ and my 18 yo niece is saving it as an inspo pic for her next full set. Can’t recommend any higher!!⭐️⭐️...read full review

I Love love LOVE everything about this shop!! From the owner to the workers, everyone gives really great customer service, even workers that’s not servicing you. Very fast and efficient service, they will not have you waiting hours to be serviced. What I like most about the PR is everyone has their own experience/style so you’re never getting a repeated set. Everything is personalized to your exact liking and you will for sure leave satisfied. Ever knew getting your nails done can boost the our confidence??? Go see my girls at The Powder Room??1000/10 would recommend!!

vibes at The Powder Room are always a 10/10! my go to nail techs are chy, jojo, &’ V &’ whenever i have a vision they always make it come to life! best shop in the city!!
